Terms and Conditions of “Business Lunch ALL FOR FREE” promotion (the “Promotion”) :
- The promotion period is from 15 July 2020 to 14 August 2020 (both dates inclusive).
- Unless otherwise specified, the offer applies for dine-in orders only and advance reservation is required. To be eligible for the Promotion, guests must make advance online reservation and present the employee card or card of the employed company before entering the seat. The guest made the reservation must be one of the diners.
- The Promotion is applicable to designated restaurants of Tajimaya Hong Kong (the “Group”): GRILL TAJIMAYA and SUKIYAKIYA (the “Restaurants”).
- Offer is only applicable to employees of selected companies/organizations.
- The Promotion is only applicable to the consumption (including related service fees) of the number of reservations made through online reservations. The maximum number of reservations is four people.
- The offer can only be used once per eligible guest during the Promotion period.
- The number of reservations for this offer is limited and is subject to availability in the Restaurants. Online appointments are first-come, first-served.
- Offers are not applicable to any alcoholic drinks.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled or modified within fours hours before meal time.
- Offers are not applicable to takeaways, special promotions, specially negotiated menu, guest chef promotions, discounted dishes/ menus, private functions, catering services, banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, room service, festive items, voucher sales or ticket sales events.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with Restaurants’ VIP Card, gift certificate/ voucher, cash coupons and any other special offer/discounts.
- Offers are not redeemable for cash or other products or services.
- All photos and product details are for reference only.
- Guests are required to keep the reservation confirmation email sent from the reservation website for inspection upon request by the Restaurants. In case of disputes, the decision of the Group and the Restaurants shall be final and binding.
- In case of bad weather on some days or due to any unexpected reasons, the Restaurants will not notify the guests who have reserved the table. The reservation will be cancelled automatically and the guests need to reserve another date/time.
- Guests’ personal data may be collected by the reservation website and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of the Group.
- The Group and the Restaurants reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time. The Group and the Restaurants do not assume any responsibility for the change. In case of disputes, the decision of the Group and the Restaurants shall be final and binding.
